MOLLY FENTON, ESQ
Molly Fenton is a Partner at Cohen Gardner LLP. Molly negotiates deals and contracts for a range of clients across the film, television, and digital/new media spaces, including writers, directors, comedians, and on-camera talent. Her practice focuses on the representation of multi-hyphenate creators and rightsholders in acquisitions and collaborative deals for their passion projects.
Molly received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC San Diego, and her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law. While at UT Law, she was the Managing Editor of the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law and Producer of Assault & Flattery (the law school musical revue, which she also co-wrote and starred in).
In 2021, Molly was featured as one of Hollywood’s New Leaders in Variety.
