Jeff B. Cohen, Esq. received his Juris Doctor from UCLA Law School with an emphasis in business law. Mr. Cohen received his undergraduate degree from The University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. While at UC Berkeley, Mr. Cohen served as President of the Associated Students of the University of California.

In 2008, Mr. Cohen was profiled by Variety in its “Dealmakers Impact Report.” Additionally that year, Mr. Cohen was named one of the “Top 35 Entertainment Executives Under 35 Years of Age” by The Hollywood Reporter. In 2012, Law Crossing profiled Mr. Cohen as “Entertainment’s Legal Eagle.”

Mr. Cohen regularly authors articles regarding business, technology, entertainment and legal matters for media outlets including The Huffington Post, CNBC, Backstage and Lawyerist. Additionally, Mr. Cohen is proud to serve on the Board of Advisors for educational gaming non-profit GameDesk and social media consulting firm Via Marketing.

He also has the dubious distinction of being a former child actor, appearing most notably in the Richard Donner/Steven Spielberg film The Goonies, but please don’t hold that against him. He's also on Facebook and Twitter.

Jonathan Gardner, Esq. received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1996. After law school, Mr. Gardner joined the business affairs department of PolyGram Films and later served executive terms at Universal and Fox. In 2002, Mr. Gardner co-founded Cohen Gardner LLP. Since that time he has specialized in independent film production, finance and distribution, working with many prominent international writers, directors and producers. In 2010 Mr. Gardner was profiled by "Variety" in its Dealmakers Impact Report.

Bradley J. Garrett, Esq. received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola Law, Mr. Garrett served as Chief Articles Editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review, a research assistant to entertainment professor F. Jay Dougherty and studied abroad at the University of Bologna, Italy, earning an award for excellence in international business organizations. Mr. Garrett received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, where he studied American Constitutional and legal history. Prior to joining Cohen Gardner, Mr. Garrett contributed to several high-profile entertainment appeals, including those involving The Doors, Anna Nicole Smith, and "Gone in 60 Seconds.

Ita Cowan Nagy, Esq.
Ms. Nagy earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law after graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before joining Cohen Gardner LLP, Ms. Nagy clerked at NBC Universal, CMT and the law firm of Doniger/Burroughs. As an undergraduate, she served as an Executive Producer for UCLA Student Media, President of the UCLA Student Alumni Association, and was a proud member of the UCLA Chorale. She was also the recipient of the Gold Shield Alumni Scholarship, the Chancellor's Service Award and the Women for Change Leadership Award. At law school, Ms. Nagy was a member of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, peer advisor for international LL.M. students, and chaired the UVA Student Bar Association Programming Committee over multiple terms. She is originally from Los Angeles, California.
